So the book is out now. Friends from all over are telling me that they have received copies, and are reading. Other people are helping out and checking in on bookstores to see if the book is there. This pic came from my sister who found Mother of God in the 'New and Noteworthy' Science and Nature section at McNally Jackson in NYC.
